Requirements for Home Inspectors in West Virginia

PHII is approved to provide the required education for home inspectors in West Virginia. Our 10 day, 80 hour, Classroom course is approved in WV.
To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete high school or equivalent
2.) Complete an approved 80 hour Classroom training course
3.) Successfully pass the NHIE
4.) Submit proof of liability insurance ($250,000)
