Home Inspection is a licensed profession in Washington.
PHII is NOT approved to provide the required education.
To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete 120 hours of approved Classroom education
2.) Complete 40 hours of field training supervised by a licensed home inspector
3.) Pass written state exam
4.) Submit application to state
