Requirements for Home Inspectors in Oklahoma


Oklahoma Home Inspection Certification/License regulationsPHII, Professional Home Inspection Institute, is approved to provide the required education for home inspectors in Oklahoma.

To become a licensed home inspector in OK, inspectors must:
1.) Must be at least 18 years of age
2.) Complete 90 hours of approved training
3.) Submit application and fee
4.) Successfully pass state exam
