Requirements for Home Inspectors in Nevada

PHII is NOT approved to provide the required education for home inspectors in NV.

To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete high school or equivalent
2.) Complete 40 hours of approved Classroom education
3.) Complete 25 ride along inspection with certified general inspector/master inspector or approved instructor
4.) Successfully pass state exam
5.) Produce a complete and credible inspection report

PHII Approved: No
