Home Inspection is a licensed profession in New Hampshire.
PHII is approved to provide the required education. Our online course is approved for the 80 hours of education required by NH.
To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete 80 hours of approved training
2.) Successfully pass the NHIE
3.) Be at least 18 years of age
4.) Pass a criminal background check
5.) Submit application and fee and proof of liability insurance
