Requirements for Home Inspectors in North Dakota

PHII's home inspector training will provide you with the knowledge needed to become a successful home inspector in North Dakota. The course will prepare you for membership into national home inspection organizations and to complete their exam, the NHIE, or similar exam.
To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Submit registration fee
2.) Complete Exam: National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE), International Code Council (ICC), ASHI, or interNachi
3.) Obtain errors and omissions Insurance ($100,000)
