Requirements for Home Inspectors in Mississippi

PHII is approved to provide the required education. Our online course is approved for the 60 hours of education required by MS.
To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete 60 hours of approved training
2.) Successfully pass the NHIE
3.) Submit proof of insurance both errors and omissions and general liability
4.) Submit application and fee
