Requirements for Home Inspectors in Kentucky

Law was changed on Sept 4, 2015, to require live training (815 KAR 6:010). Students must have enrolled before Sept 4, 2015 and must complete the course no later than 6 months after September 4, 2015. This would make the completion date March 4, 2016.

KY requires classroom training for home inspector licensing. PHII is not currently approved to provide the classroom course for KY.
