Requirements for Home Inspectors in Georgia

The Georgia Trade practice act (Chapter 3, Title 8) prohibits unethical home inspection practices and details reporting requirements. PHII is a nationally recognized training school, that offers the home inspector certification and credentials you need to become a successful home inspector in Georgia. After graduating from our training, you may start inspecting right away.
