Requirements for Home Inspectors in Arkansas


Arkansas Home Inspection Certification/License regulationsHome Inspection is a licensed profession in Arkansas.

PHII is approved to provide the required education. Our 10 day, 80 hour, Classroom course is approved in AR.

To become licensed, home inspectors must:
1.) Complete 80 hours of approved Classroom education
2.) Successfully Pass Competency Examinations: NHIE and ASHI’s Standards and Ethics exam
3.) Proof of Insurance (at least $100,000.00)
4.) Register with the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board


Certification Required: Yes
PHII Approved: Yes (Classroom Only)
